Approve the renewal petition for KIPP Endeavor College Preparatory Charter (“Charter School”), a Start-Up Independent charter school, with a benchmark in the area of academics (Math for Students with Disabilities), located in Board District 2 and Region East, for a term of five (5) years, beginning July 1, 2027 until June 30, 2032, to serve up to 663 students in grades TK-8 in each year of the charter term. The recommendation for approval is based on the information set forth in the attached Staff Assessment and Recommendation Report.

KIPP Endeavor College Preparatory Charter is a TK-8 span school currently serving 537 students on a private facility at 1263 S. Soto St., Los Angeles, CA, 90023 in Board District 2 and Region East. KIPP Endeavor College Preparatory Charter was originally approved by the LAUSD Board of Education on April 14, 2009. On November 27, 2018, the charter school was renewed for a five-year term to serve 663 students in grades TK-8. Pursuant to Education Code section 47607.4, all charter schools whose term expires on or between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2025, inclusive, shall have their term extended by two years, and all charter schools whose term expires on or between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2027, inclusive...
